I'm a firm believer that the venue sets the tone for any wedding. Whether you find your venue first, or decide on the style and overall vision straight away - the venue is oh so important in bringing that vision to life. Julia + Kyle's June wedding at the Mansion at Tuckahoe couldn't be a better example. Julia and I shopped venues together in search of the perfect South Florida space that would emit classic elegance, but in an effortless way. With personal DIY touches by the bride and the loveliest of florals from Botanical Bliss - all captured Karla Korn Photography - I think we hit the jackpot with an affair that is the epitome of classic romance, even through the summer rain showers.

REAL ROCKSTAR EVENT: PLANES + POLO

Textron in partnership with the International Polo Club hosted a private cocktail event at the aircraft hangar of ACP Jets on April 10th. Patrons and renowned polo players enjoyed Rockstar signature hors d'oeuvres and cocktails while experiencing the newest in state of the art aircraft and machinery from Cessna, Beechcraft, Jacobsen, E-Z-GO, and Bell Helicopters. The exclusive event also supported the future of Polo in America with a live auction featuring a customized E-Z-GO Freedom RXV to benefit the Polo Training Foundation.

Team Rockstar has been selected for the 2013 Best of Jupiter Award in the Caterers category by the Jupiter Award Program!  

Each year, the Jupiter Award Program identifies companies that they believe enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and the community - helping make the Jupiter area a great place to live, work and play.

REAL ROCKSTAR WEDDING: ASHLEY + BEN

The wedding of Ashley + Ben encompassed all things whimsical, magical, and seriously stunning. 'Enchanted Forest' was the theme for their lovely soiree fit for a fairy tale - filled to the brim with eye catching baroque details, larger than life centerpieces, and an abundance of romantic lighting. The theater of the Borland Center was the perfect blank canvas setting for the transformation from vision to real life magical forest, where natural trees were designed to look as though they were growing from the ground and sprouting through the center of tables, and the dance floor was illuminated by a soft glow inspired by fireflies. CHEF KYLE PINTARELLI TO REPRESENT CREEKSTONE FARMS AT THE PALM BEACH FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL'S GRAND TASTING EVENT

Team Rockstar is excited to celebrate Chef Kyle Pintarelli who has been invited to represent Creekstone Farms Premium Angus Beef at the Palm Beach Food + Wine Festival's 7th Annual Grand Tasting Event at 150 Worth, Presented by Alex and Ani. The festival's culinary happening hosts premium wines, hand crafted cocktails, artisan vendors, and samplings from more than 30 chefs and restaurants throughout South Florida. The Grand Tasting will take place on the evening of Tuesday, December 17, after five full days of food and wine events throughout the Palm Beaches.

Set among the premier boutique and designer shops of 150 Worth Avenue's two floor courtyard, just one block west of the breezy Atlantic Ocean, the festival's Grand Tasting will bring together upwards of six hundred guests who will sip and savor their way through South Florida's most coveted dining and wine experience.

Adding to the excitement, Kyle has partnered with Tequesta Brewing Co. to elevate the Creekstone Farms inspired dish, incorporating one of their signature seasonal brews into his showcased sampling.

The Palm Beach Food and Wine festival is the largest charity event of the season, with net revenues benefiting Chefs Dish Back through which proceeds will go to five different organizations: Alex's Lemonade Stand, American Red Cross Palm Beaches - Treasure Coast Region, Feeding South Florida, James Beard Foundation, and Share Our Strength.

The festival's 7th Annual Grand Tasting takes place from 6 - 9 PM on Tuesday, December 17. Tickets are $100 per guest and are available for purchase at www.pbfoodwinefest.com.

REAL ROCKSTAR EVENT: 'VOODOO ON THE BAYOU' HALLOWEEN

We love Halloween. Not only for the tricks and treats, but for the theatrics of it all; costuming, menu planning, designing, and challenging ourselves to produce a hipper, grander, tastier party than the Halloween before. This year's soiree took guests back to Storyville, a world of 'honky-tonks' and 'dives', 'palaces and cribs', where Jazz music is said to have originated in the red light district of New Orleans. Interrupted by a high priestess, partygoers were led on a spiritual journey from the heart of the French Quarter to the depths of the Bayou where they encountered the mysteries, secrets, history and folklore of New Orleans Voodoo.

The concept behind Victoria + Bill's big day was perfectly simple. A toes-in-the-sand oceanside affair filled to the brim with classic elegance and a hint of island flair. But they say that when it comes to wedding day, you should expect the unexpected. A marathon two day rain storm paid a visit to the breathtaking Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort and Spa, but managed not to dampen the mood one bit. I guess that's what you can expect when two people are as full of joy as these two sweeties who shrugged off the weather, said "I do", and put on one seriously stellar party with no shortage of beachy details against a cloudy (yet romantic) backdrop. With lovely photos of the day captured by Jemma Coleman Photography, each image is happiness defined.
