HONEY FITZ WILL CRUISE THE PALM BEACH INTRACOASTAL TO BENEFIT THE PALM BEACH MARITIME MUSEUM

The presidential yacht, Honey Fitz, which served five United States Presidents, has been meticulously restored to its original state and is set to embark on a 13 city good will tour. The classic 93-foot yacht, built in 1931 by the Defoe Ship Building Company, has returned to its former glory and will make its first appearance on the tour Thursday, April 25, at Rybovich Marina to help the Palm Beach Maritime Museum raise funds to create wheelchair accessibility to the JFK Fallout Shelter on Peanut Island.

The fundraiser will kick off at the dock with tours of the the luxury liner, followed by a two hour cruise on the intracoastal waterways off Palm Beach with hors d'oeuvres conpliments of Rockstar Catering Company.

"We're looking forward to sharing this national treasure with the people of Palm Beach County", said Anthony Miller of the Palm Beach Maritime Museum. "The cruise will hopefully give the Museum a real financial boost towards our goal."

Dock tours of the Honey Fitz are open to the public with donation and will take place Thursday, April 25, from 6-7 PM.

REAL ROCKSTAR WEDDING: JENN + BOBBY

Jenn + Bobby's Peanut Island Boathouse wedding reception was cool, fresh, and as lovely as can be. Filled to the brim with cheery goodness, including a sunny yellow and blue color palatte, some fabulous flowers, and one seriously stunning view - it was the perfect combination of maritime chic meets elegant fete.

Our favorite part? A Champagne-soaked Cocktail Hour in the Kennedy Bunker - an underground fallout shelter built in1961. Or maybe it was the Oyster Shooter ice luge...? Bubbly and shelfish aside, this soiree was deliciously unique, and the images capured by Michelle Morales Photography...PERFECTION.
